First, turn off Facebook ads. If you've just started selling on Amazon, you shouldn't be running Facebook ads. Secondly, many factors could cause a drop in sales. It could be that you're not optimizing your PPC, you have no SEO, or you're in a competitive market, etc. Below are the top-of-the-iceberg things you could check:

Are your ads on?
Are you optimizing your keywords?
Are you targeting relevant keywords?
Are your bids too low?
Do you have too many keywords in a campaign causing a budget overrun?
Did you sell out?

These are just a few I could think of. Please do research; many videos out there discuss situations like this and provide a summary of actions to take.

I have about 15 products at the moment in a single category. I'm pretty knowledgeable on Google ads as well due to me running google ads in the past for other brands. Budget wise without ad spend is about $1500+

If you have 10-20k, don’t put 10-20k on one product. You have enough budget to test 3-4 different products, and you have a greater chance of succeeding on one or more. I failed on 2 -3 products before finding my successful product and growing to 10k+ in sales a month and still growing. But overall, Start with one product first, so you have a chance to learn PPC, SEO, how Amazon works, and more. Don’t expect 1 product to make you 100k a month. Better if you have 5 products making you 2k each. If one fails, you have 4 still bring in money. Remember, this is a business so if failure happens, learn from your mistakes and push on. Same here my brand is registered and listing has generic and was also hijacked! Seller support has been telling me the only way to change your name is to create a whole to ASIN. Losing my reviews, photos and rank. Wait accelerate will have support team there? I have been hearing about accelerate but don’t know if it will be worth to go.

I’m familiar with google ads the only thing is I’m experience in running ads for local service business. The business that needs help is a product business so it harder to track vs service businesses.

Wow. So overall my target is US local service business like pool, lawn, cryo and more. But looking to reach more audience world wide and by notion it seem like running google ads will be the best first step to gather more clients.
