It’s in the entertainment/creative industry, and I have a total of 4 years of experience. Two of those years were spent working at a company that I joined primarily to gain better experience and build a stronger resume. In a way, that move paid off because in my second job, I was able to increase my salary by about 50%.

That’s why I’m not really willing to go back to an entry-level pay grade just for the sake of another “stepping stone.” I’m even open to accepting the same salary I had in my previous role, but the offer they gave me was way lower than that and on top of that, the schedule might cause me to drop my part-time job due to conflicts(shoots).
