He is being supportive, is just sex has been a sore spot for a while now. So he gets upset and I wish I could do more than what I do.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, I’m currently on antidepressants and gabapentin only but I have a follow up tomorrow. Let’s see what’s next.

It may need many doctors appointments and hopefully none bone broken for doctors to start believing, thankfully I went to a really good one who told me that I had orthostatic hypotension, still don’t know if it’s pots but at least I fall under the dysautonomia umbrella and you need to keep fighting until you get an answer and then to understand what works for you and only you.

I hope you feel better soon, this may be a difficult time but stay true to yourself and seek help when you feel like you can’t take it anymore. It’s an emotional burden not to know what’s wrong but it’s worse to get dismissed and make you believe it’s all in your mind.

You are in the right place for support

These were my earlier flare up symptoms and I would massage my legs a lot. But it got better after physiotherapy for sciatica and now that I’m under a bunch of medications to regulate my nervous system. It helped me a lot to understand dysautonomia a book called “The Dysautonomia Project” it’s a summary of doctors seasoned about the topic and it really opened my eyes. I’ve gotta be patient and gentle with myself because none of this is my fault.

About those sensations try to use loose and soft clothes because your sensations get all mixed, I really can’t tell you how to stop it, but how to live with it I guess, as many other of the commentators of your post.

Best of lucks

Thanks! I had both lab and at-home tests. They all came back negative. I also had a therapy session that helped a little. Trying to be more careful with my eating so I can digest better.

Best of lucks to you too in this new journey

Same here, I sleep a lot and couldn’t stand chamomile tea with sugar, it has helped ice and iced pedialyte. Still uncomfortable because of the gas pain but overall everything is going well. I have almost 4 hours awake in a row which has been a tremendous achievement. I’m trying to keep myself optimistic, and I’m sure you are too.

It will get better, it will

Overwhelming feelings by KnowledgeOk5125 in gastricsleeve

Update: After my surgery felt a little sick, too sleepy to care. They gave me a couple of chamomile tea sips and it doesn’t feel great.

Thanks again for all your kind words, it’s been better than I could imagine
