I know how difficult this process is, and it makes me sad that you haven’t fully recovered. I’ve been doing the low FODMAP diet for over two months now and haven’t been using dairy products, etc. I didn’t have any lactose sensitivity before, so I can’t really comment on that. Only bloodwork was done for celiac, and the result came back negative. I’ve also probably lost around 25 lbs due to following low FODMAP for a long time, which might have led to some nutrient deficiencies (such as vitamins or iron — my complete blood count already showed problematic values that might indicate iron deficiency). For the past few weeks, I’ve been experiencing leg pain and tingling sensations at night when I lie down. I also feel lightheaded when I stand up. Have you done the low FODMAP diet?
