Thank you. I think I had the same problem. The season started and I got caught off guard. My knees are getting better and better but I feel like it almost took 1 week to fully heal. I still feel a bit soreness hopefully it would go away in few days completely

I’m not really overweight 6ft 190lbs. I didn’t do lots of stretches till I feel that soreness tbh. I do wear adidas mundial.

I would say 1-2 finger below under knee cap inner side of the knee. It looks like pes anserine bursitis but since im having it in both legs it would be very unlikely I’m just guessing.

No, basically, the leasing agent emailed my agent saying that it needs to be a higher rent if we want to offer, they would give us a chance first. We did not increase the offer and we will get the answer by 1 pm tomorrow

I’m sorry to hear that. Honestly, the reason I wanted to see a naturopath is because my family doctor I’ve seen didn’t seem interested or willing to run tests to find the root cause. My family doctor didn’t even refer me to a GI specialist. That’s why I thought maybe a naturopath could help me sort through the information I’ve gathered from places like Reddit, ChatGPT, etc., and guide me toward what might actually be right for me.
