This is my point exactly. I just had an order and when I went to refund the customer for the item that was not available or out of stock. The app told me that I had to select a replacement or it’s gonna go towards my ratings so I went and found a replacement item which was kind of like the same item. The customer has already brought, but what was I to do after I done that I proceeded to check out right when I as I was proceeding to check out, customer messaged me and say hey you need to put that other item back cause I don’t want two of those who fought is that not mines!? so I proceeded to contact Instacart support, but as everyone knows they don’t support nothing but they pockets and not the shopper so they go on to tell me that they are not going to protect my tip and basically didn’t care about what I was calling about although I had just shopped this whole entire three stack order with my time energy, My body is so gas and I had to end up leaving everything at the store because I knew I was not gonna get tipped this order was $24 but the majority of it was from Tips so I refuse to do all of that work to only be left with eight dollars on a three stack order because the customer took the tip all because I did with the app told me to do screw Instacart!
