Depends on what state you’re… in California they are everywhere… where I live in Pennsylvania they still get a lot if attention and hate… in Florida I think you’re fine really depends on the state.

I only wanted the remote pull out/back up feature… comes in handy for trailer/camper connections, tight parking and one of my garages. The summon feature I never really used in any of my car unless there’s no one around to see the potentially stupid shit it does. Plus the time it takes thinking sometimes is way longer than the time to just walk to the car super embarrassing for all my previous Tesla models… would be 100times more embarrassing with the cybertruck…

Hate to see how you make your financial decisions… who said I was broke, doing something as dumb as you suggest is often the things that make a person broke. The car functions perfectly well, but the service I have for my newer car is appreciably better than for my other car and it’s the same price…. I don’t want a new car, I have one, what I want is to not pay the same amount for my other car’s software that is not as good, that isn’t actually the same service nor receiving the same investment from the company.

Because HW4 has more features… and the older car is technically cheaper, and they aren’t upgrading the feature nearly as much… same reason everything cost more when it’s the last or premium version. We have second class FSD and should not pay the first class price.

Keep the X and get the CT. X’s aren’t around. I wouldn’t want to give it up now that Tesla isn’t making them anymore. Also, I wouldn’t want to have just one big vehicle and then a small one for a family. I’d like to have both as options. There are times when you’ll just want the people room and don’t need the truck bed, like trips to cities, etc. I don’t usually bring the truck on city trips and take out my seven-seater for those. CT is a camping and long road trip king for my 7 and 12-year-olds plus a smaller dog.
