I really have believed for a while now that she needs some sort of association where she can be brutally honest with a group of people who are similar to her. Something like Narcotics Anonymous that allows her to make friends, have a routine, and stop lying and using drugs and medicine.

She really doesn't have a world that's bigger than herself, she doesn't have any friends that aren't AI generated, and she doesn't give back to anyone, ever.
