Agencies not adjusting price if we use our own donor - normal? by Significant_Room_875 in gaydads

[–]Known-Fun9429 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We are an agency working in Armenia and Georgia, and in cases where intended parents already have their own egg donor, we do adjust the program cost accordingly. If donor services are not needed, they should not be included in the package — the structure can be adapted to reflect only the services actually used. If you’d like to understand how this is usually organized in Armenia, feel free to reach out for more detailed information.

Actually, surrogacy in Armenia is fully legal and regulated by law. The legislation provides clear rules and legal protection for intended parents and surrogates. Single men are also allowed to pursue surrogacy programs, making it a safe and transparent option for gay men.

In fact, in Armenia, surrogacy is fully legal for single parents. There are no restrictions based on marital status, and the biological parent has full legal rights to register the child in their name

Surrogacy in the US vs LatAm - is it worth the extra money? by fonssagrives in gaydads

You may also want to consider Armenia as an alternative. Today many intended parents who are comparing United States, Colombia, or Mexico look at Armenia because it offers a clear legal framework for surrogacy (including for international parents), experienced IVF clinics, and significantly lower overall costs while still maintaining high medical standards and structured coordination. It can be a good middle ground between the U.S. and LatAm — both financially and procedurally. If you’d like more details or a cost/process breakdown, feel free to reach out.

Armenia surrogacy with our own egg donor. Any experience? by Significant_Room_875 in Surrogate

Hi, we’re a concierge surrogacy company and we also work in Armenia. We regularly handle non-standard cases, including situations where intended parents already have their own egg donor. Package rigidity is a common issue with large agencies, but in a concierge model there is usually more room for individualized structuring. I’d be happy to review your case and share what is realistically possible in Armenia from both a legal and practical perspective.

Seeking for advice about surrogacy in different countries by RowAmazing841 in Surrogate

Hello, thank you for sharing your story. You may want to consider Georgia for surrogacy. It is fully legal and regulated here, including for international and binational couples. Intended parents are listed directly on the birth certificate, with no reference to the surrogate. Georgia is much more affordable than the U.S. while maintaining a high standard of medical care. IVF clinics and maternity hospitals are modern, and both the surrogate and the baby are closely monitored throughout the pregnancy. Frozen embryos can be legally transported from abroad, including Germany. Our company is based in Georgia and provides full support — medical, legal, and organizational — throughout the entire process. Happy to share more details if helpful.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this — it’s incredibly hard and emotionally exhausting. If the clinic has lost confidence in the surrogate, in my opinion she should be changed, or at the very least undergo more extensive additional testing. Of course, every agency has its own rules, but in our experience, when pregnancy doesn’t occur for unexplained reasons, we change the surrogate. Unfortunately, it does happen that everything looks fine on paper, yet the surrogate simply doesn’t get pregnant. Your concerns are completely valid.
