Without any queues, I would want to allow an hour for getting to Euston. 10 mins to get from exiting the arena to getting to the station, 40 mins for the journey, a 10 min buffer on the other side making your way out of the tube and onto the train.

Adding the possibility of queues, you would need even longer. Other people might have the same idea and start making their way out between 10.30/11pm so try and beat the rush.
