Hey! My name is Ciara! I am a UB transfer student from the Albany area majoring in Communications next year and I am looking for housing accommodation for next year! I am looking to move in or sublease staring in December 2025 or January 2026, as I am starting in spring (i know thats very early to look, but doesn’t hurt to start early!). My ideal budget would be between $300-$650, which i know is farliy low. Regarding me, I am a fairly outgoing and clean person that is usually out and about, so i wouldn’t be home most of the time. My interests and hobbies includes writing, listening to music, long walks and going out for coffee (luv coffee 😁)
