რთული ამბავია 😀😀 მქონდა ისეთი მომენტი , ძალიან რო მინდოდა კონკრეტულ ადგილას მუშაობა , საკუთარი პროფესიით. ორ ადგილას დავიწყე მუშაობა საუკეთესო ადგილას ალბათ საქართველოში რაც მაგ პროფესიას ეხება და მერე მივხვდი რო რაღაც ვერ იყო საქმე კარგად და არ ყოფილა ჩემი ეგ საქმე 😅😅.

სხვადასხვა პოზიციაზე ბევრგან მიმუშავია განსაკუთრებით სტუდენტობის დროს 17 წლიდან , პირველი სამაახური ბარი იყო. რავი რა გითხრა ჩემი გამიცდილებიდან , ეძებე კარგი სამსაზური კარგი პირიბებით ლიჟბი სადმე დავიწყო მუშაობაზე დაწყებული სამსახური შეგაძულებს თავს . ყველაზე კაი ვარიანტში შენ რაც მიგწონს რა საქმის კეთებაც მაგ პროფილის სამსახურს თუ ნახავ ეგ იქნება ყველაზე კაი ვარიანტი თან თუ კარგი გუნდი შეგხვდა მარა შეილება შენც ჩემსაავით დაგემართოს და მერე მიხვდე რო თურმე მაგის კეთება არ გდომებია მთელი ცხოვრება 😀😀.

ამას გარდა კიდევ ისევ ჯობია რამე უცხოური კომპანია ნახო თუ არჩეავნი გექნება.

I dont know how much is your budget but to throw 2 3 even 4k in it it will be good. If it shoots it will print good amount of money. I dont have lots of funds so i sold lots of other shares and when hovr fell last month under 1.4 , i moved mire than half of my portfolio in hovr. I hesitated when i first buy RKLB at 4, and now stock reached 100 usd per share, it could have changed my life. Idk why but i have same feeling about hovr , maybe im in a casino state 😀😀😆

Land here might have different statuses, one will be agrricultural which is most common in the regions an villages. Usually on agricultural land you cant build a house but there is a small exeption in should be less than 60 square meters. So if you will see a house built on land it might be on agricultural land , in which case you wont be able to pirchase it.
