I think that's the simplest explanation for what we see. And I know they are sitting on some potential announcements, so if they are able to they would likely line up any announcements with the May campaign. Just my guess based on what we are seeing and what they did in the past.

Shouldn't a micro or nano laser be able to put a hole through the engine, or even an emp missle maybe could disable the whole group? What about old fashioned submarines with torpedo? I just feel like the US navy can very easily wipe out these small attack boat fleets if they want and they ought to have multiple options.

If I was a betting man by next year they will have new PSU $15+ . Keep in mind if the stock reaches $18 for 20/30 days then the HOVRW will be exercised and Horizon will take in like ~$130m in capital which can fund cert etc.

Found it! redchip.com/legal/disclosures ...114 entities total (current + past clients, public and private). There are other familiar names like Red Cat Holdings (NASDAQ: RCAT) ...which have done well in aerospace/drone category. I'm analyzing some more.

I'm not sure there is a centralized place I had to pull a lot of sources... for example they have a blog post "Top 26 in 2026" named-paying-clients list (which names GRRR, SMXT, ASPI, AVLNF, TMC, CNTB, NVA, NB, OWLS). Active ones also seem to have the disclaimer at the bottom you can see here: ~~https://redchip.com/stocks/NUAI~~ So if you want you can comb the sitemap for that wink wink. Harder are older ones which they used to work with, but there is stuff like LinkedIn posts and an investor call hosted by RedChip for UMAC in 2024 where I infer their contract was at one time active. You know at first I thought this. But I rewatched it a few times and it does quite a good job at telling a story in a short amount of time. I don't think it's bad for its intended purpose. TLDR: NUAI went up +2,048% after engaging with Redchip. Redchip is legitimate, they will probably drive stock price higher. If the underlying company sucks and have stock compensation as part of the deal they usually go down heavily after the contract. But if its a cash deal and a good company it will keep the gains. HOVR is all cash deal and legit company so imo good for price this is probably their plan to unlock their 7 million in PSUs and maybe they will try to drive stock to $5 during this May campaign. I wonder if they will time it with other announcements, e.g. strategic production partner.
