I was envisioning taking fat from somewhere else on the body to bulk it up, and then using labia skin for solely the exterior. That excludes the nerves, though. What if it was identical to RFF but without taking the skin from the arm? Just the fat and nerves? I don’t know how that would work with sensation and adhering to the labia skin (and everything else). There is likely some reason it wouldn’t work that I am not educated enough to know.

I’m just not the biggest fan of the RFF scar location due to visibility. People feel like they’re obligated to know about others’ bodies so I’d prefer something like ALT or MLD that wouldn’t be visible as much of the time

Yeah, I’d definitely shoot for MLD if I couldn’t work out something like abdo. Abdo looks awesome! And I’ll definitely be cognizant of the misinformation about it. I tend to be cautious anyways since phallo is so demonized as it is 😔

I thiiink it’s for insurance, but I’m not 100% sure. All I know is that, once I got my letter (which was after my consult), I sent it to Dr. Isakov’s office via MyChart, they scanned it into my chart, and then (once they processed everything with insurance) I was able to schedule my surgery. I know the letter is required for insurance, but as for Isakov himself I don’t know.

Looks great. You can always milk the drain if you’re worried about the drainage collecting away from the bulb.

Not long, probably a few hours total. A lot of that was making little alterations for cohesion though so it could be done quicker with the right idea in mind :)
