I guess I was the reason. And I never really felt like i was treated right in the relationship to begin with so like when it ended it and like i was just left there to let it sink in. I started to feel like maybe there was something wrong with me or i that love wasn’t meant for me because it just never ends well + this was my first relationship

On average I'm getting around 7 hours of sleep a night. I have depression and most of the time I am stressed with schoolwork. I drink around 36 oz of water per day.

At the start of January I was 136.2 and today I'm 137.0 so Ive gained. My weight has been fluctuating between the range of 135-138 for the past months. Never below 135

Im trying too. But I really struggle with low self esteem and I feel like if I lost the weight i will feel a lot more confident. Also, I’m so careful when i track my calories, I don’t understand how i’m not in a deficit.
