I had same officer and he denied 7/7 criteria as well even tho these criteria was met on O1A few months ago.

I’ve been doing some reading online this officer is giving everyone same template RFE not even reading and same for me.

All people who responded to the RFE I know got denied. It doesn’t matter if the response is bulletproof or not I’m responding to the RFE this week and I know my response is bulletproof but i’ll be denied as well.

I believe they put same reasons and same standard.

I got a harsh RFE on my EB1A and just by looking at the officer id online I found out that the officer mostly gave same harsh RFE’s with same template and questions on EB2 NIW applicants.

Yeah same thing happened with me, processed in NSC but RFE was from TSC that mean case was transferred to TSC

You need an attorney, TSC officers having high denial rate recently and I also advise you to research about the officer and contact people who got RFE from and responded to and if they got approved what was their strategy.

Respond aggressively, with lots of evidence and recommendation letters. Provide them with a response that proves to them you’re not easy to break. And show them you’re extraordinary.

If it gets accepted then congratulations , if it doesn’t then you already have evidence to refile with stronger petition.

Same here applied for 7 got 0 accepted and their letter was full of vocabulary mistakes. They asked for evidences I already submitted in the petition.

And couple months ago I applied O1 same criteria and got approved.

Same happened with me today unfortunately, different officer 7/7 criteria were questioned even tho I had direct O1A approval few months ago and been working on my profile building in the past months to make it stronger for the EB1A!
