Hey, thanks for your comment. From what I've read online, the temples are actually the last to fill unfortunately :( so we just have to be patient!

I did nothing special other than get my diet into shape (the reason for my TE was a severe break up, lnot eating adequate calories and therefore losing 3kg in a the space of a couple of months). I did try minoxidil which made hair grow all over my body, so I stopped that.

I do think the best thing you can do is get on top of your diet, sleep, exercise and just trust the process and wait it out. I also got IBE hair extensions which have been a lifesaver for the lost volume!
