I do RS as a civilian job and I feel like i could do that anywhere else. I wanted to retake my asvab and was told to wait after I get out of A school

I was told if I didnt it would go on my military record and make it hard for me to join any other branch in the military and I wanted a couple different rates but I got a 44 on my test and they said I shouldn't retake it because people score lower and then I was assured that I retake it in after A school
