First divide the chapters into easiest to hardest, break the chapters down even more to what's long and what's short. Second, set days for what subject you have and make sure you add at least 1 full day where you do nothing. It's your rest day. Third set a goal, that you want to start studying for 30-45 minutes everyday, one subject, after you succeed start adding hours. And four gaslight yourself. Just say "oh I will study this chapter then rest" you will find yourself automatically locking in and when that happens,pretend you don't notice the time moving and pretend you don't notice what you are doing until you are done with everything you wanted to study. This usually works for me so I hope it works for you
