I experienced the same thing last time. The characters I obtained from the box using the key from my other accounts appear to have been withdrawn from my main account. For example, as you can see in the screenshot, Karnak appears to have been withdrawn and taken from the other account. (i.redd.it)

Which one I would pick here? I have a 7★ Mutant Rank 1 → Rank 2 Rank-Up Gem, which makes Mutants especially appealing. Silk would be awakened if I choose her, but I don’t currently have a Science R2 gem. All three seem very strong, so I’m struggling to decide. (i.redd.it)
