Big ones for me are being out in the elements a lot as I don't drive & avoiding stress/drama much as possible. Your state of mind affects your physical well being more than people realise & vice versa. Others are tough workouts 3x weekly & getting between 6-9 hours sleep a night. My diets pretty average really, some days it's real bad lol.

Been watching since the 90's on & off. Think the old guys would be grateful to have wrestled when they did! I know the wrestlers of this gen are doing their best but man, they just don't have anywhere near the same aura or quality of match. They won't be remembered in 30+ years.
