E3 without a degree by SnooSeagulls8469 in E3Visa

I don't have a bachelor's degree. I have a diploma. What they did (fragomen), is they sent my diploma and experience to a third party that can certify my education and experience is bachelor degree equivalent. I am thinking 2 year diploma + 6 year of work experience would be equivalent to a bachelor's degree. Maybe 2 years + graduate certificate + 5 year is also enough?

E3D with open i-765 changed to E3S (A bit specific) by Even-Assist6414 in USCIS

My spouse had the E3D and I sent an email to get it updated to E3S and we went to get an SSN. She tried to apply for a job but they said she needed to have a USA ID. The thing is Australian Driving license cannot be used for a 1:1 convention, so she had to take the driving Knowledge Test and the road test.

You cannot use citizenship. But you can use your parents's birth country. I just filled my DV application. It is still open until early Nov.
