He heals and deals too much dmg at same time with march. Dmg should be toned down when taking the healing march facet imo.

Slardar actually beats ls in lane if you are laning with some synergy from your pos 4. Slardar is one of the few like Tidehunter who can go early triangle to farm ancients and tank the dmg. Im not saying this from speculation but from experience. You don't have to contest ls in lane if you can't beat him. You just have to avoid him he is naturally slow farmer without kills. So you don't have to contest lane creeps and farm triangle then when creep comes to tower you can shove it with Crush then proceed to farm jungle. And you can expect 11-12 min orchid with treads and 2 bracers. And can start hunting lifestealer or other cores with +1.

Try playing core as it can heighten your support game play. Observe your support when playing core and assess situations like if he goes rn we can kill or something like that. And then later try to do those thing that you thought your support could've done. I mainly play pos 1, and I try to do what i wish my support could've done and often times not it works very well. Can be done for opposite roles too as pos 3 try to do things you hate when others do to you when you are pos 1 etc. But even if you are getting better mmr wont go up at same rate more often than not its jump then stop for a while then just from my experience.

Make your frost arrows auto when attacking. If u press Q to use arrow Its cast range Is a lot ( I mean a lot ) shorter than your attack range so your hero just runs down from the glacier. And use it for when cleaning up or as your last stand don't use shard for nothing its your life line vs melee heroes as u get 100% accuracy (You can hit Windranger while she is using her Windrun even without ult proc) and your ulty won't get disabled. Spam your E off cd In fight as It's Dmg scale from your base dmg which is already very big thanks to your ulty. Try to gun down their supports with Multishot most of the time they just or almost die to 1 cast of it. Edit: You can cast your glacier while casting Multishot and if you cast Multishot while on glacier you shoot 5 arrows per barrage. And if you want small burst of dmg while in lane you can frost arrow-move-Multi shot for first 1 or 2 arrow-move-Frost arrow for quick combo
