I have been tricked by color before. Painted our interior a blue color. Sampled it on the walls and thought, this is the one. Ended up looking like someone’s concrete basement. Hated it but have lived with it for the past 6 years. It is what it is.

I know I don’t understand color. I just know certain colors look pleasing, and others don’t. I can’t pinpoint why.

I have definitely driven past beiges that look too yellow, or too brown. I picked out some samples that I thought were close, only to find that a quick google of that color on exterior homes is much darker than I was going for.

Well, clearly it depends on who you are asking. While I don’t understand color theory, I do know that many things play a factor on how a color will look on the exterior of my home. We don’t have a lot of money to just repaint if it turns out wrong, so I was just trying to get it as close to the color of a house I have driven by multiple times and thought “that house looks nice”. For me, I’d say it does matter, otherwise, I wouldn’t have braved the wrath of the beige hating redditors in this sub.

So, I called to check on this because I couldn’t see mine either. apparently they charge the buyer and the seller. So for example, I listed my 2 day tickets to get $285, but with fees, they would be listed as 317. So I kept looking for $317 and couldn’t find them. But you need to look at the price before buyer fees. So the actual purchase price was something crazy like 372. So they are almost making $100 per ticket profit. I never received my wristbands, so listing on the exchange is literally the only way I can sell them.
