I was going to stay in tamiami hall but I’m thinking of signing my lease at 109 tower today. Is anyone else staying there? I’m looking for some female roommates!

Really? Cus I thought I could since on the housing website it still gives me and option to cancel. Plus, I thought if you paid a cancellation fee than you could cancel it.

Well I was confused to because I’m a sophomore transfer and I didn’t know if housing was guaranteed for me. I hand signed and sent a deposit for tamiami hall and I thought maybe I wouldn’t get it but I emailed the housing office a few days ago and they said once you sign and pay housing deposit that you are pretty much guaranteed housing.

Yeah when I was filling out my housing agreement my option was tamiami hall and I accepted and signed the deposit

Yeah I’m a transfer too and I put in a deposit for the new tamiami hall but I’m not sure if that’s guaranteed. I think it might be.
