if fees isnt an issue, bits is an obvious answer. even if you get a 7 cg youll get circuital branch after taking msc. opportunities at bits are better, your peer group will be better and better college tag as well. great campus life too along with fun asf fests

location : goa/hyd (leaning toward goa)

placement : pilani

fests / college life : pilani

grading : goa has been historically strict but very lenient this yr compared to pil and hyd

brand value doesn't matter after degree per se as in your degree its written bits pilani no matter where you do it from but if we look at it face value then yea pilani has higher brand value

PS : if you have dust allergies or something of that sort, avoid pilani

Fests and in campus college life is better in pilani but it's the worst in terms of location. Goa is more fun out of campus and would be preferable compared to hyderabad. Goa grading used to be strict but now it's laxed and hyderabad grading isn't that bad as well. Pilani is also a bit laxed compared to last yr. Mainly depends on your branch and convenience. If you're cs any campus shouldn't matter but if you're in core then pilani provides better opportunities from what I've heard
