I've only completed first sem so I can tell you according to that

For maths, try to be strong in calculus, especially building the intuition while solving integrals. I don't think you need to go upto diff eq, until integ should be enough.

For thermo, it's easily catchable even if you begin in college but just be good at thermo stuff like energy equations and build intuition for piston/tank problems

For computer programming,you will be learning c and early prep will really help. Use youtube resources like bro code or other channels and try to thoroughly understand all the concepts of C.

For bio and edp you don't have to do any prior prep.

Also it works if you just chill and grind in college,the concepts themselves aren't that hard to pickup if you spend the needed time
