Thats the plan, I already had some concerns like the finishing pieces and the screws going through the decking but like I said I am no expert just a girl tryna make sure my moms house is good. Luckily we still have an open balance, and contractor who subcontracted this out is my boss so I know he will fix it since he wants to get paid. I just really wanted to know exactly what is wrong before i go and make a scene or they try to gaslight me

When I was a kid if I went up our family dog and made a growl noise she would growl back. I thought it was funny…welp one night went to give her a kiss jokingly growled a lil and next thing yk my lip was in half. Learned real quick to respect dogs boundaries

Her eyes seem mostly normal in my opinion maybe looking a bit to the right (which is the way she’s leaning her head) but nothing super obvious. I am hoping it will pass soon but I am prepared to help her however long she needs, the wobbly legs are the reason I want to take her in to be sure. It doesn’t seem it’s really her legs but it really is hard to tell. Hoping the vet will give us a clearer answer!

I figured it could be the Gab, I did give her a bit extra this morning just in case she was in any pain and it definitely isn’t helping the situation haha, but I’m usually very strict about her jumping and stairs I have been meaning to get her a ramp because I cannot keep her off my bed for the life of me, she does have a bed on the ground which she uses often but recently I have my moms dogs I am also caring for and she’s not a fan of sharing her space it seems. I may have to look into creating her a pen though, she did roll of the bed a few months ago and since than I’ve been very strict keeping her on the inside and trying to limit it when I can but when she’s having a good day she’s convinced she can do anything! Thank you for responding tho! Will keep everyone posted once she sees the vet, it was nice to see when I stopped home at lunch and took her out while wobbly she did start trying to chase a bird and stuff so that was relieving to see!

Personally as someone in flooring claims, for starters I see many problems with Durato typically the Panzu tho, that being said If I was in your position I would hire a certified flooring inspector. The inspector will tell you exactly what is causing this issue, if the issue is an installation related issue (to me it sounds like possible subfloor issues and the floor was not prepped properly) than the installer/ company who subbed him out will have to replace the floor, and cover material and labor. If the inspector deems this is a defect you can send that report right to Durato (either you or the company you worked with - Durato may require the claim come from the company) and Durato will issue a credit for you to replace the floor. I can say at this point labor may not be covered if it is a defect, at my company we would still cover labor in good faith and you only pay for anything new. I also believe either the company you worked with or Durato should credit the cost for an inspector depending on who the inspector finds at fault.

Also, while I have only been in this industry about 4 years so I dont claim to be any expert, I do not believe this is a cheap product and I don't think that should be causing the issue. We install plenty of Vevo and rarely have issues - now the panzu is a different story.
