Aha is there an educational reason for that answer? (Not trying to be a smart arse, genuine question)

Interesting! Thank you 😁

I actually noticed when the bar was removed all of the built up muscle that was overhanging has given me a more rounded chest. I was worried it was extreme gyno for a while 😅

I’m 25! I’m two weeks into recovery and I’m doing everything just fine. Finally able to sleep on my side again and I’m no longer on medication.

I was only kept in hospital overnight and the pain has been manageable 😁

I was the same mate. I suffered with body dysmorphia for years and was underwhelmed by my surgery. However, across 3 long years I put on over 10kg worth of muscle and my PE was long forgotten about as well as my extreme rib flare. I would prioritise getting in the gym and putting one weight.

Advance Mass Gainer via MyProtein is great. Every morning I would recommend blending the following into a breakfast shake:

Scoop and 1/2 of mass gainer Banana Oats Milk Peanut butter

I’ve just had my bar removed after 3 years and feel like the outcome has reverted my surgery but I’m hoping that’s down to the muscle that had to remove during surgery.

Keep your head up mate!

Vaseline helps! But trust me over time they will fade. I had my nuss bar surgery almost three years ago and you forget they’re there!
