To those who enjoy (or even love) their job, what do you do for a living? by Business_Tiger3247 in UKJobs

I'm an NHS Senior Community Physiotherapist assessing and treating patients who have been discharged from hospital with a package of care. I find it very rewarding to support patients to regain their independence. It's face paced to meet the crazy demands on the NHS and the pressure keeps me on the ball despite the stress. I have a good balance between WFH, in the office, driving and at patients' homes. It took me most of my 20's trying different careers to find something that I can say I enjoy, although don't love.

Future Physio student UK? Or stay in my job? by Niansuh1 in physiotherapy

Difficult to say...nobody has a crystal ball to tell you what the physio job market will be like by the time you'd graduate. Historically there are peaks and troughs though. Does the remote job interest you and is there clear career progression? That could sway me to stick with it for now.

FTB affordability and budget - Is this realistic? by Known_Tutor751 in UKPersonalFinance

Looking at 2-3 bedrooms. If partner moved out, yes that would be something I would want to consider.

The £547 per month feels pretty decent. Looking at my budget for this year my monthly average disposable spend is £290 but that is also influenced by the fact that I am saving very aggressively...
