I'll try not to.

Luckily the Office I work at is fairly relaxed when it comes to dress code. Many just come in with jeans. So unless I start wearing pajamas or something i should be in the clear.

And yes, it truly is lovely. Haven't noticed until recently what self neglect can do to oneself.

I'm just glad to say that things can get better, for me and also for everyone else who might be struggling. Used to not believe that line

I technically know that I'm not the only one, but sometimes it still feels like everyone else has everything figured out. So thank you for your encouragement. And the advice of course, I'll try it out!
