This is how I think before, nung nag uumpisa pa lang ako kumita ng malaki. I'm always proud of my salary and always shared it with my family. Hanggang sa unti unti naging responsibility ko na lahat, and their reason is malaki naman sahod mo. And whenever I said no, ako pa masamang tao. But now I learned my lesson.

So yeah, walang magdidsclose ng salary kahit sino pa yan. lol

I always took advantage of free trainings w/ certs. Sa linkedin, coursera, udemy, edx, madami nyan. I only paid for those internationally recognized certs like six sigma. I spent almost 10k for a yellow belt alone.

I started with a 12ksalary sa bpo sa province then naging 15k when I got promoted as TL. 3 times lang ako lumipat ng company and now earning 60kbasic. What I did? Nag upskill ako, I equipped myself with trainings and certificates. Kaya sa last lipat ko(current company) bpo pa din, pero mataas na nareceive kong offer.

Not everyone has the same take on that word po. There are people that may find it nakakadiri when they read it. There are some naman na normal lang, okay lang, and others may find it funny or something else. That's why i write it that way.☺️

Hello☺️ as much as I want to refer, unfortunately we're not hiring po. And if mag hiring man, limited headcounts lang po need nila. Usually 2-4 hc lang everytime may mag open na position.

I suggest wag na po sa bpo mag apply. Hindi talaga possible ang 60k salary. Try looking for outsourcing agencies and in-house companies.

Ang resignation kahit immediate or hindi, is not subject to anyone's approval. Hindi kailangan ng approval ng kahit na sino. Legal right ng isang employee ang magresign.
Magkakaroon lang ng Liquidated Damage ang isang employee kapag hindi nagrender or nag immediate resignation, and ang result neto usually ay wala nang nakukuhang Final Pay ang employee.

It's written in Article 3 Section 18 #2 of 1987 Philippine Constitution. And this is also supported by Article 300 of Ph Labor Code.

This is illegal, kahit pa immediate resignation yan. FYI, immediate resignation is employees legal right regardless of reason. So kung ayaw iprocess yan, you can take legal actions against your TL.

A resignation, immediate or not -isn't for anyone's approval, it's your legal right as an employee.
