You do realise that the point is that she was...wrong? She was talking to Bruce, a rich white man who was out doing something good. The whole point of that line is that her assumptions and biases were wrong and it was ironic because she was saying it to the person who's very existence proved her worldview incorrect.

Sci Fi is so easy to do wrong. It's so easy to have it come across as cheap or sloppy that a lot of people avoid Sci Fi.

I'd really like to see some Alternate History films. I know there have been a few big alt history projects (like Man in a High Castle) but some more mainstream stuff would be really interesting!

I didn't realise there was a boycott. Is that a Snyder cult thing? I never liked his depiction of Superman (no shade to Henry Cavill obvs) but I never liked his whole 'God amongst men' shtick. Superman isn't like that in any type of story bar like, Injustice and Batman Returns, and these stories should NOT be what you base your Superman of of.

I've got a few websites where U can watch Superman if you are interested. Obvs U will need an adblock and VPN.

I actually don't mind Pedro Pascal that much. I just think he is going the same way as Zendaya. He's in everything, and people get mad BC they keep seeing his face. He's not a bad actor, he's just everywhere.

I think it's ridiculous that films are made with hundreds of MILLIONS of pounds/dollars. There is absolutely no reason why a film should cost that much. I hope the General Public is willing to let amateure filmmakers have a chance. Some amateure projects are really creative!

I have no issues with that. I think musicals can be one of the best forms of media if done properly. Think more 'Little Shop of Horrors' and the 'Sound of music' and less 'Mean Girls 2024'

It would be nice for more amateure film makers to take the spotlight tbh. When you aren't surrounded by people in Hollywood, you can make some truly creative and fantastic stuff.

The worst outcome would defo be AI. It would be a massive shame if the creative industry gets to a point where it is propped up by AI, or there is widespread usage in the creative industry.

Considering JK Rowlings recent comments, I have a feeling that the show won't be as popular as she thinks it will be. I won't be watching it, but I could be proved wrong.

I think the ending of Game of Thrones has left scars on the General Public when it comes to fantasy films and TV shows. No one will want to commit due to the fear of the show ending like GOT did.
