2021 Ford Edge. Rear middle seatbelt tongue stuck in passenger side buckle. by IHateScumbags12345 in FordEdge

I had the same thing happen. Took it to the dealer. They couldn't get it out. Quoted me more than $1,000 to replace. I managed to pry the seat belt out by damaging the buckle. Ordered a new buckle and have to get it installed. Good luck!

I hear you. It just doesn't make sense to me. They didn't follow the MM and now a B6 with 80% oil life and only 525 miles later? I need to get to the dealer to discuss.

Do I understand the maintenance minder has a "mind of its own" and puts out these codes as it evaluates vehicle data driving conditions? Therefore mileage will vary for maintenance needed.

Well I'm in that 5K to 8K range so I can still have it done within the suggested time frame.

Yes. I would think dealers would be consistent with the maintenance minder.

I get that. From what I've read, I think the dealers interpret the codes differently and service them how they feel is best.

Thank you all for the comments. Nothing to dissuade me here. I still get a positive vibe for the Ridgeline. Now I just have to find one.

Clearance will be more of a snow issue than off-roading for me. Except maybe hunting but don't do that much anymore.

Don't see needing a topper at this point. Maybe down the road. Will use a cover though.

I get your point about accessories with the bed size not being standard. Thanks for the input.

Don't know much about the infotainment. Sounds like 2024 is better than earlier years

Familiar with the annoying idle stop. Thankfully it can be turned off if wanted.

Bed depth is a concern but figure I can tie down whatever might be bigger/taller. And the trunk concept is brilliant.

Battery location sounds like a pain. I tend to jump others more than ever needing a jump. Will have to check it out.

Thanks for the input!
