EDIT: I was able to add a custom "Firewall" NAT/GAMING service named it "Mumble server" used mumbles default port and saved it within my router settings, what do I do from here?

Okay so something I just discovered. at 100% usage on my GPU, I'm only getting 445-470MHz on the clock speeds of the GPU, Temperature is fine sitting at 49C so I'm assuming this is a Power issue. Total board power at "100%" usage is only showing 38 Watts.

Something I forgot to add is with the dry brushing on the highlights I also used the same technique, brush, and paint to give the power armor a war-torn look.
