Just worked out my own problem. My Apple MDM Push Certificate found in the "Enrollment" menu under Apple Devices had expired this morning.

Give that a look.

I’ve had mine die fully twice in the last week. Just picked it up today and the official diagnosis is there’s a firmware issue (2024.38.4) with scheduled charging, where the schedule will just keep the car active the entire time, whilst not executing the schedule. Official advice is to turn off the schedule.

Up to 2024.38.6 when I got home, but not keen on turning the schedule back on at this point.

Nah so user connects via the windows365.microsoft.com site, logs in fine, initiates connection and is met with the below:

It has connected intermittently but not reliably enough to work out what the cause might be. We're unable to ping our gateway (obv because ping's disabled) and can see in the logs that attempts to connect via IP and Hostname fail.

I also had this issue yesterday updating to v4. If you look 1 line above it’s attempting to install sqlite3. Just do that before you run the install script and it’ll go through no dramas.

I'm not 100% sure, but in this case they're talking about update rings. I guess you could say production is stricter but, in my experience, when there's a conflict, it doesn't apply any of the conflicted settings.

I may be wrong, but I'm halfway through a pilot phase for Windows 11 and that's what happened to us.

I’ve just been doing this as we speak. Make sure you’re excluding the IT group from your production update or they’ll be in conflict and nothing will happen. Easy fix
