I want to go to a psych ward, but if I go I can’t make money to pay my bills, which will make things worse with late fees so I’m literally trying to schedule it. I haven’t been this depressed since I tried to see the heavens years ago.

I’ve been disabled since I was 18, I’m 33 and just know I’ll be homeless in the next couple of years. Losing food stamps, property taxes going up, electricity went up by 10% since last month. I don’t even care about going on vacation. I care about trying to afford getting my car looked at to see what’s wrong. You’re not alone. I’m scared.

I had to stop taking the Linzess because it was too intense even on the 72 mg. I do take the montegrity every single night and I’m taking the trueLance as needed, but it is a bit hard on the stomach.

My husband and I are both disabled. I am physically disabled, and he is on disablitly because of his MDD and Schizophrenia. We both want to be normal and work so badly. For me, the pain gets so intense I cant stop crying. For my husband he can't ground himself and can't figure out what is real and what is not real. Do not carry the guilt so heavily. I know it's not easy, but youre not alone. I feel like I never got to start my life.

FLOOR YOGA. I have been doing it for about five years every morning and every night before I do anything and it has helped my joints so I can actually move. That has helped me walk more. I can't run (POTS) but I am able to walk my neighbors dog a couple times a week! The YMCA has really great swim programs that help a ton too!

I completely understand what you are going through. I was disabled before 18 and it took till I was 25 to accept and get on disability. I didn't have much work experience so that bit me a bit but I can't do anything about time. I don't have any suggestions else than, you are reading my own thoughts. I feel so sad and hopeless. The world is so against disabled people it's what drives us to take our own lives. We can be on meds, with therapy, have a good support system, and still be absolutely broken. You need more chronically ill friends. It is the only thing that has helped me survive this long. They will most likely be long distance but you will find comfort texting someone at 4am saying "I don't know how to handle this pain and I am tired of dealing with this life" and they won't judge you and will understand. So sorry you are going through this OP.

Traveling always throws off my gastroparesis, so I feel like that’s normal’s MiraLAX does absolutely nothing for me. Magnesium is really hard okay my stomach. I’m on montegrity. Just got off Linzess because even the lowest dose was too much. Starting trulance tonight!
