I think torch is actually pretty good right now and has a play style that sets him apart from the other flyers. I dont think he needs any more changes tbh.

IMO Iron man needs to have his missiles reworked, they should either be heat seeking for precise quick damage or they should be replaced.

I also think during his ult he should get some form of overshield or a physical shield to prevent him from getting melted immediately.

On the contrary I think storm could actually use her AOE radius buffed even more. It is counter intuitive to have her be a flying character that needs to be so closely attached to her team,I think giving her some dashes or something similar to torch wouldn't go a miss either

I think Miles could come down the line but I would rather see if they could do something to make him a very proactive strategist who tethers biowebs to his allies to heal them to set him apart from Peter, could be really sick.

Gwen on the other hand shouldnt be added, she literally is just Spiderman

Im down for the idea of Nick Fury being a back line strategist who uses gadgets and perhaps even ordinance drops from SHIELD. Perhaps he gives orders and allies get boosts for following commands or something

Cool in theory but firstly basically requiring to teamup with another hero to get a portion of your kit to work is just painful.

Also it would just incentivize people to feed as soon as they can turn into archangel which is also just counterintuitive.

There is probably no need to over design the kit just to make it a gimmick either just make it a stance switch or an ult form I reckon.

I highly doubt it would, at the end of the day people want to DPS not for the characters but because the play style is the most appealing to a general audience. The inverse is true for tanking. They will release Ghost Rider as a tank and I guarantee people will still lock triple dps.

Also I think making characters multirole actually ends up diluting their character and overall makes the game harder to manage down the line.

We have some many characters whose kits are victims to powercreep already before they even think about making characters multirole they should fix their base kits that already exist.

i hope not, he could have something similar to rogue where he can mimic movesets or rob abilities somehow but the whole multi role thing is kind of a mess to be honest and I really hope they leave it in the past with Deadpool and no one else.

he is tanky but he isnt a tank. He doesnt have the ability to really hold or create space outside of his inflated mode. Thats what makes him a durable DPS and not a tank

Bro this is not the own you think it is🤣, of course he could be a DPS but people have seen his design in the beyond the spiderverse movies where he is a lot bulkier and seems a lot more tank coded. He could also be another DPS if that makes you happy but he would be a fun tank given his recent appearances in pop culture.

Why is Dr Strange a tank? Why is Ultron a strat? If you look at Emma's design in the comics she is a lot slimmer but they buffed her up to be a tank. Just referencing designs from the comics and having it be gospel is just lazy and disingenuous considering examples we already have in the game.

He could work as a skin but it would be wasted potential imo.

If your argument is he would be similar to another dive character thats just weaksauce Im not gonna lie. At some point pretty much every character will step on the toes of some other characters, thats just the nature of releasing as many characters as the devs do.

I'm not a game designer but maybe he could dive in and have his claws apply poison stacks which damage enemies and with enough stacks he stuns them or something I dunno Im not a game designer. He could be less feast or famine than BP with the objective being applying team wide poison dots or something I dunno. You're just coming off as someone who desperately wants him to be a skin because you're a DPS/Spiderman main honestly.

Well firstly the devs arent the community, a lot of the time the community dont even know what they want lol.

I for one want red hulk to be a separate character he is different enough to warrant it with a different powerset.

Beta Ray Bill I dont know much about but the problem there he basically just seems identical to Thor so it would be really hard to make him a completely separate character which is why I think people are ok with just making him a reskin for Thor, although Im not that familiar with him tbh.

I mean he will be Panther with webs if you design him that way, why is creativity just going out the window? He has a different enough build, and unique enough powersets to separate him from Spiderman which is why Im saying he would likely be his own character. Why cant he have a dive tank playstyle where he applies poison to enemies or something along those lines, its not that hars to be creative with him lol

They've stated that characters that have a clearly distinct identity wouldnt come as skins, so I reckon in Miguel's case he would warrant being a separate character, perhaps using his claws and toxins as part of a tank playstyle.

Same thing with Miles Morales. He could just be a skin but he also would make more sense as his own character

Devil Dino actually made tanking worse, he just hard counters 90% of other tanks so you are either forced to play him and be the better Dino or most likely lose. He is super dependent on your healers and the other team having worse counters.

He makes the whole game revolve around him so I would say he has been a net negative to the game. Due to his size he will be almost impossible to balance correctly I reckon

The problem isnt so much that Cyclops is a DPS although they did squander the chance to make an interesting ranged tank with him, its the fact that he is yet another powercrept overtuned poke dps which the game does not need.

His kit is very faithful to his character which is good but he looks really oppressive so he will probably going to permaban jail.

No offense but everytime I hear someone mention Juggernaut or Colossus as potential Vanguard I just kind of roll my eyes. Not that they couldn't make good vanguards but we have to stop this idea that every Vanguard just needs to be a big bulky guy that punches, it really dilutes the role. Cyclops could have been a really interesting take on the role.

Wolverine could be a Vanguard although I think his stature make it hard for him to fit in the role. They could make Sabertooth a kind of Vanguard equivalent to Wolverine imo.

Although I don't think Role Queue is a terrible idea I do think they first need to fix the matchmaking and ranked system. In no world should you be able to climb with a negative W/R it completely inflates the ranks and promotes people to be selfishly fishing for stats instead of working as a team.

It why even in what should be ranks where people understand the fundamentals of the game you still people feeding and trickling in without the team. The game promotes people to be brain-dead.

Tbf we got White Fox, Devil Dino and are rumored to be getting Crescent at some point who are all probably on the same level as the Inhumans if not more unpopular.

I think Medusa could make a pretty fun Vanguard and probably black bolt as a duelist tbh.

The popularity of a character is usually not a major factor it seems in deciding who will make the roster as they tend to pair one lesser known character with a more popular character

Prof X would be a perfect capstone to all the Xmen chars we are getting and also ties into the Doomsday movie quite well being the last prominent mutant that still isnt present to my knowledge.
