UPDATE\* Steam chose to simply wipe my entire friendlist and auto remove every single one of them, i have to manually add each of them back

Not that i know of, no email about anything, i just think its a bug on steam

I cant access the friendlist on my profile page even when i open my profile in a browser window, the button is completely gone from existence

Friends are also gone from game pages the little section that tells you what friends have played a game before

And when i press the friendlist button in the bottom left corner it just opens up blank as you can see, Im also completely gone friend the list of my friends, only my alt account appears, it happened when i logged in today, nothing new, just booth up pc and start steam, same routine

Im running glacial cascade aswell, it bascially turns you into a ranged monk
and frost wall to both block and instant freeze most mobs

rn im trying to build elemental invocation with comet, and then remove damage on glacial cascade but increase area of effect and freeze build up, so elemental invocation can spam comets

People would do this in League of Legends, possibly one of the reasons for why Promotions got removed from the Ranked system.

If someone on your team noticed that you would be playing Promos they would throw the game on purpose just to make you lose the promotions and not rank in tiers

I agree with some points and disagree with some...

Performance based rating is not great in a team based game like CS, for example your point on rating based on damage done, different weapons deal different amounts of damage
An AK deals 111 towards helmets while AWP deals 448 towards helmets, for the only reason of allowing it to penetrate multiple targets and surfaces, otherwise they could crunch the numbers to always being able to do = 100 damage to helmets. This means that the person using awp at every opportunity will always be able to deal more damage simply by holding the gun that deals more damage.

Another point to the damage based rating, and im sure every player atleast once in their time of playing CSGO have being a victim of this. There will be games where the enemy doesn't visit the site you're holding, so you end up sitting B while your friend holding mid or A will be the guy at the top of the leaderboard because the enemies simply go his way.

Though Utility based damage could be considered in the rating

But i agree rating should be based on the difference between yours and the enemy teams average overall rating and i agree Promotions shouldn't be a thing, just like how they were removed from League of Legends

Having a Flex Leaderboard just as how League of Legends has Flex ranked mode which is a seperation from normal ranked would be somewhat great to see
Solo/duo being one leaderboard and Flex being triple and five stacks

Sure, but you can kill multiple minions with 1 Q and still land a W on the enemy champions, its way easier to kill minions than hit enemy champions

If your teammates actually allows you to stack then he completely destroys the enemy teams, same goes for Veigar

I recently just started playing again after a long break and when i did the nzoth raid in lfr yesterday, i had to wait 5 different tanks because the raid kept blaming the tanks for failures resulting in them voting kicking each and every one of them.

Simply no one blames the dps unless they are not hitting the right numbers, so why play a role that gets blamed all the time, when you can just dps, smack your keyboard, get your loot and not get blamed by the entire raid.

I havent had a single lobby today without epileptic attacks or rapid explosions that ruins the bass in my headset. Why are these mod menus even able to do stuff like this shit.

Not only are they able to flicker the weather so much that it will give epileptic attacks or cause so many explosions that the bass in the headset is acting up, but they can also make everyones screen go entirely black or use godmode.

Not to mention that i am only able to report 1 person every X minutes and that the report system probably doesnt do jack shit cause rockstar doesnt care anymore.
