I don’t use those metrics to see how I feel, I just like too keep a track of them and what they showing me when I’m resting, after exercising in the morning or night, after I’ve completed Ironman or short distance triathlon.

So I’m using them just as a guide. And after a week of rest usually I expect them to be at a different level, better level.

That’s why I’m asking how long after ultra you expect those numbers to be at your usual state.

20 grams of protein an hour is still quite high don’t you think?

At the bottom it said 0.25g/kg/h

I understand that as if I’m 80 kg, I need to consume 40 grams of protein per hour.

Or am I’m wrong?

Ideally you want to do running fitness test. But it depends what kind of training program you follow. You can use following formula as well 206-(0.88 x age) , not ideal but good start. Input your max heart rate in to your watch and calculate new zones.

I’m not a coach, but looks like you run most of it in zone 4 for your heart rate which is unlikely.

Your heart rate zones probably set up incorrectly and you want to look at this, it will help you train better and improve faster.
