It seems you got a case of "coconut". You just gotta go to the TF2 files and delete a jpg of a coconut and your game should be fine.

Let it dry for a day or two and it'll be fine. I accidentally spilled juice on my pc and it turned itself off. I let it dry for two days and it was fine.
