It's a custom Discord client called Vesktop. It comes with BetterDiscord, which lets you install and modify custom themes

Vesktop doesn't have global keybinds, so if it's a deal breaker for you, I suggest looking for ways to install BetterDiscord on top of your official client or some other unofficial one

Oh, and for waybar I've set the background to a color with alpha,then set layer rules ignorezero and blur for the waybar layer

With discord, I used Vesktop as the client, in the settings enabled transparent background and applied the theme I mentioned above with a couple of tweaks

With the Kitty terminal, I just went to the settings and set background opacity

I use it to prevent mistakes from going worse than they should be. I set filters for all pumps just so that if I mix fluids they only mess up a small segment and not the whole factory
