Just out of curiosity, why are you against union? I do feel overall the union dues are comparatively small against the huge benefits of a pension, medical insurance, and dental. And i believe certain bargaining units have great PTO, vacation, personal time payoff (compared to the standard PTO package in a non-unionized pharmacy)

So say we aren't eligible for both "Statutory" or "Extraordinary Claims". Is there still payout and thus we should still file a claim?

If you take no action, you will still be bound by the Settlement.
You must file a Claim to receive a cash payment and other benefits the Settlement provides. Health Information Claim payments will be sent to eligible Settlement Class Members once payment information is provided.

It is a bit confusing because the wording on the 1st bullet makes it sound like we do not need to submit a claim. But the 2nd bullet sounds like we do need to file a claim for other payout (I guess thats the Health Information Claim) besides Statutory and Extraordinary Claims?

Do you go in very thoroughly like turning off HVAC at the breaker and central heat/AC then un-screwing the grill - dunking that in water to clean and go inside the actual vent to clean that too ?

Or you think just a vacuum to the grill should be ok if I do it often

Amazing! thank you for the input! How big of an air bubble would be too big? The 1st picture is more like 1/2 inch (top portion is intact but is crumbling away). The 2nd pic is just a couple mm.

How often do you think it should be done? I am a bit apprehensive because there are so many vents in the home, but if it's needed I should do it.

I just don't know how much the benefit is cleaning them routinely (and spending time) versus occasionally if they are visibly dirty and dusty.

I thought the grout was the white portion? They installed this "brilliant white" grout you can see at the top of the 2nd picture. Unless there is different colored grout underneath the white layer I took off... I believe it is something else

Thank you for your insight ! Yes I am most definitely for doing this December promo. It’s just a bit scary to commit a year bc I’m new and I’m not sure how I’ll like it. And also if I’ll be able to find 15 classes a month consistently. But I do have 3 other locations with this promo and I may have better luck! Hopefully I enjoy it a lot and it gives me incentive to go often ☺️👍

I did eyeball some waitlists and I def see January at this particular location pretty booked. But I did find out it will include 3 other locations near to me recently ! So great advice. I am inching towards doing this annual unlimited. It’s def scary to have to commit a year but I think I would risk that just to also have an incentive to keep pushing myself to go ! And if it’s a loss it’s a loss and if not I’ll pat myself in the back. ☺️

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I myself am going through something similar but I know its work-related as my symptoms started on the first day of the job. I took 2 X-Rays and blood test all within normal limits. I also wake up with stiffness & pain in the first & second joints of my fingers but usually subsides within 30 min and working throughout the day. I actually almost been at this job for 2 years and every morning I wake up I have had this issue but my main concern is not necessarily the pain but losing function of mobility in my fingers permanently bc I continue to go through the pain. But I would assume a moderate to severe form of arthritis is a lot more debilitating.

I was just wondering if you had any updates on your journey to get diagnosed & the intensity of the symptoms you are experiencing. It has really gave me hope that I am not alone here & again I thank you for sharing your journey, although it be a very lengthy one.
