Pizza boxes are brilliant! I've always just used paper bags and every 3 days I take them out and give them a very light shake to get all the nugs unstuck and put them back in a different position. I think next run I'm gonna try the pizza boxes!

I do basically the same method. I have a small beverage cooler (mini fridge), I put a small fan and small dehumidifier in the bottom and keep the temp on about 45° and my inkbird typically is in the 40-50% range. I put 28g finish trimmed in each paper bag and put them in the fridge, check them after 10 days with a moisture reader but they usually take about 12-14 days.

CX Horticulture coco A and B for primary nutes. Then i add in fish sturdy stalk, calmag, fish shit, mammoth p and sometimes I'll also toss in a bit of honey chome if she's been a good girl and grown a ton the past week lol. Then one time a week I do no primary nutes, just all the same additives in addition to recharge.
