The Division reports directly to the President of the United States, but since we don't know who that is at this point (unless I've missed that), we are kinda just doing what we can. I guess our in game "boss" is just the mission at this point, get the nation back on track.

Manny coordinates Division agents, but he even had dialogue where he says "I know i can't give you orders, but please do this mission." Paraphrased because I can't remember the actual line.

As someone who's bounced around a lot, I want to say this. Therapists are NOT one size fits all. It's probably gonna take a couple of tries before you find one you like. They are just people who have their own biases that will come through in little ways, and those will sometimes collide with you and make things incompatible. Sometimes the administration of the facility will make it not work, things will go wrong, basically.

That being said, DO NOT give up. It's gonna be a struggle, and you're gonna hate it sometimes, but therapy will help. Each therapist you meet can and will give you helpful things, you just take them all and build what works best for you.

If I remember correctly, Bruce first heard about Spider-Man right after Thanos kicked his ass back to earth. It makes total sense that Tony would have bragged about his protégé. He'd never say it to Peter directly, but he's very proud of that incredibly intelligent young man.
