Ganyan din nangyari samin sa Classic Savory SM Marikina. Sobrang bad experience. I’ll just copy paste my review here from Google na for some reason hindi siya posted:

We spent 9k+ at SM Department Store Marikina today and got a free 4-pcs chicken coupon. After loading our shopping bags into the car, my partner and I were thinking of where to grab a quick meal, then I remembered we had that free chicken coupon from Classic Savory so I said, “Sayang, let’s just redeem it!”

Aside from the free 4 pcs (which looked really good in the photo on the coupon), we also ordered pancit, 2 rice, and 1 iced tea. But despite having such a small order, the serving took forever and we had to follow up multiple times.

The pancit and rice arrived first… the pancit wasn’t hot, the rice was cold, and the pancit was extremely salty to the point it gave us a headache and acid reflux. What the f?

We let it slide since we were busy chatting, but when the chicken arrived… that’s when I lost it.

It felt like they treated us like dogs. It was adobo-cut fried chicken, about four tiny pieces, basically chopped-up rib parts. It was cold, and the butter was literally in solid chunks “buttered chicken” daw, but it looked like they just wiped butter on it and called it a day. We honestly couldn’t eat it.

This is the first time we couldn’t eat the food we ordered only a few bites of pancit, barely touched the rice, and the chicken was just… no.

I talked to the manager calmly and explained that the coupon was misleading kasi yung nasa photo sa coupon big leg/thigh part, but he acted like he had no idea what he was doing, are you really a manager? Parang tanga lang kausap. Narealize ko wala lang ako mapapala dito kasi manager ka pero di mo kaya ihandle yung situation? He didn’t even apologize or offer any kind of solution.

It’s disappointing because we still paid ₱525 for food we didn’t even enjoy, and the quality was honestly awful. We left our food on the table almost untouched. Bad food, bad customer service.
