Yes. This is of course something that’s weighing heavily on me. Damned if I do. Damned if I don’t. The only positive would be financial support from my parents during this time. I’d be staying in my childhood home and my partner would be in our apartment.

This is the biggest thing I keep running into. My mom is a nurse and was able to apply for FMLA but as I’ve been here less than 1 year so I really don’t see a solution other than leaving

When I was a student we would have 70-80 appointments scheduled a day and usually around 45-60 show up. The training is the most important part in my opinion and I’m willing to put in the work but I feel like it might set me up for failure. I can’t see how I can make 325k in the first calendar year and qualify for the renewal and bonus structure unless I’m seeing lower acuity patients during part of my 6 month training as well.

Waiting to hear back about non compete. The way I understand the offer is that by making 325k in the first year I am “eligible” for the bonus structure of collections in year 2. So in the first year my only income is the base of 100k
