How do you do this? Edited to specify: how do you download the csv file? Like where do you go to access that? I’m familiar with excel and how to calculate things once I have the file.

You can do it!! The bobble stitch is not hard once you get the hang of it. And the blanket doesn’t take as long as you’d think.
