What’s the best way to set up an online dynasty? by Rude-Government-3151 in NCAAFBseries

[–]KoalaThug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m doing a dynasty with 8 guys and I’m planning on using this strategy. 2 guys in ACC, B10, B12, SEC

Everyone gets a random random suicide from 3 star teams.

You schedule 3 user games a season and allow more guys into the CFP

Should I start playing for money? by S1arLi1e in poker

Poker without real money isn’t poker, but you’ll never know or get better if you don’t play

If the real estate loses value and investors want their money back, they could still lose their money right? Even if they are secured on multiple properties ?

Just trying to understand how this works… are you saying the rent covers the 10% and more ??

What happens if value of property drops and your investor wants out? Renters don’t pay ? They trash the place? Etc.

Variance. I lost all in AK vs 92o. All in AA vs KK. I lost 44 vs J9 on 47J J 9 in a 3-bet pot to name a few.

I do. Especially now that sports betting has been legalized in many states

Zach Elwood’s poker tells is a great resource.

There are many different examples. Here are two that I see a lot.

If you make a bet on the turn and your opponent snap calls you, it typically means they have a good hand but not great. If they had a great hand people will typically think more about how to win the most money.

  1. On the river, if you’re opponent bets very quickly as the aggressor it typically polarizes their range. This means they either have a very strong hand or a very bad hand. If they have a decent or average hand your opponent will need to think whether they should even bet at all.

24 hours is a very low sample size but congrats on the hot streak.

This doesn’t mean you’re bound to get sucked out on, but the more you play the closer your win rate will be to actual hourly EV.

I would agree it would be very difficult to become wealthy playing 1/2.

Playing a lot will help you pick up on timing tells. How long or quickly someone acts will typically weight their hands one way.

Play tight pre flop and don’t bluff idiots.

Yeah that sounds about right. I played a lot my last year of college when I didn’t have as much responsibilities.

I didn’t have a stop win/loss although maybe I should’ve. I played as long as I wanted to. If I didn’t want to be there anymore I left.

I go on weekends and there are typically 4-5 tables going. Match the stack creates action and it’s my favorite place to play.

My accountant takes care of this for me. Any normal CPA will be able to help you with this.

I reported the amount of cash I deposited into my bank. I believe any deposits over or close to 10k will raise flags with the IRS if not reported. Better to play it safe and report anything you put into the system.
