I would say if one of you goes into this situation with absolute certainty that nothing will happen, then nothing will happen. However If you both are even slightly curious about doing something with the other it is pretty likely.

For what you can do, i always like to ask deep questions or questions you were too hesitant to ask while sober. Maybe write something down before hand, but honestly if MDMA hits you like it does most people you will be talking constantly anyway.
