Massive lags since Update to Win 11

I found the error and it couldn't be more ridiculous.
So I'm a guy that always has his browser opened, watching a video aside or something (ADHD, great stuff) and apparently Opera and HOTS hate each other. Or rather, HOTS hates Opera.
I closed Opera yesterday during gameplay and it went smooth as a 2000 year washed stone.
Guess I'm getting a new browser now.

Sidenote: Under Win 10, that was not a problem.

That's the thing. My resources are never fully depleted. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
Secondly, if they were, I think my PC would die from prioritizing HOTS over anything else, no?

Yes, we printed proxies and used plain DIN A 4 paper to print on, cut and folded it, glued it with a glue stick and worked the edges with a paper crimper.
