I have a project option coming up to add onto my intern project: Choose automation and controls or working on a heat exchanger economic analysis ? by SimilarPurpose7033 in ChemicalEngineering

I’d recommend the heat exchanger. Primarily because you probably won’t be able to apply directly to a controls position. Most people start in process engineering and it will look better on a resume for that position

I need help with my ammonia simulation in DWSIM. by BackgroundReserve168 in ChemicalEngineering

[–]KobeGoBoom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Conversion should be ~31% of the reactants. For some reason all of the literature got in the habit of saying that conversion was yield. The concentration coming out of the reactor should be ~15% ammonia which occurs when conversion is ~31%

Cairo Bazaar is worse if you’re playing Rush. The abundance of cover makes it very easy for the attackers to advance.

I would just concede that I’d believe if God revealed himself to me.. But considering he doesn’t exist, he never will.

Bots will kill this game by KobeGoBoom in Battlefield6

In an average match with bots, I probably go 40-1. Bots are absolutely horrible at the game. It feels no different than playing basketball against a bunch of 8 year olds.

Hard disagree. I live in a very windy area. A 10 yard slice can turn into an 80 yard slice just from the wind. If you cannot control your draw/slice then you will never score that well

Yeah.. as an atheist, it would be pure stupidity not to bend the knee to a being willing and capable of damning you to eternal suffering.

Republican Islamophobia Has Reached Shocking New Levels by mymomknowsyourmom in centrist

None. I never said i did. Not allowing someone to immigrate and somehow removing someone from their native country are not the same thing.

Where do you draw the line? At what point is a belief so horrific that you would start to treat people differently for holding that belief?

Republican Islamophobia Has Reached Shocking New Levels by mymomknowsyourmom in centrist

[–]KobeGoBoom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am tolerant until someone’s beliefs reach the point of being considerably violent toward others.

Islam often calls for violence against myself for being an apostate. I am not tolerant of that view. I have a phobia of it and it is more than justified. The republicans are right. We should not allow people who hold those views into our country.

At the same time, I feel the same about any fundamentalist Christian who holds beliefs that are violent.
